Design
We are able and willing to work closely with engineers to assist with the design process of your product. We are able to import and work with DXF, IGES, PDF, DRW, Solid Works Files, Step Files and Parasolid files for machine or sheetmetal design.

Prototyping
JP Metal Fabrication works closely with clients to create precise prototypes acording to your specifications. We provide quick turn, small quantity or short production runs to meet your manufacturing needs and deadlines.

Machining
Your manufactured components are produced on one of our CNC machining centers or in conjunction with a variety of conventional machinery. Whether it's steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, or a variety of plastics, your products will be machined exactly to your specs, and will meet or exceed industry standards.

Sheetmetal
Our sheetmetal fabrication services include laser cutting, punching, forming, rolling finishing, and assembly.

Welding (TIG & MIG)
JP Metal Fabrication offers these two options of welding. We use these types of welding for new part assembly or fabrication. From large jobs to small jobs, JP Metal Fabrication is ready to take care of all of your welding needs.

Finishing
JP Metal Fabrication offers a wide range of plating finishes for your precision sheet metal parts, determined by the requirements of your application, to provide corrosion and wear resistance and/or to enhance appearance.
